Workday Warrior: A proven path to reclaiming your time
Learn More
Work has never been more demanding—longer hours, tighter deadlines, constant interruptions, and competing priorities. Burnout is at an all-time high, and even the most dedicated professionals are struggling to keep up.
We’re told to prioritize and lean on AI to get more done – and while these strategies help, they don’t solve the root issue: overload. To thrive in today’s environment, we need to return to the foundational productivity strategies that actually work.
With a refreshing and realistic approach, Ann Gomez, will show you a proven path to reclaim your time. The solution isn’t to work harder. Rather, it’s about building sustainable habits that offset modern work demands.
You’ll learn three proven strategies designed for the world’s busiest people:
- A prioritization model built for real overload—not wishful thinking
- How to protect valuable focus time while remaining responsive
- Proactive routines to help you streamline tasks, reduce cognitive load, and free up valuable time for your core priorities
Ultimately, you’ll learn how to cut through the noise so you can concentrate your time and energy on what matters most.
The Sustainability Edge
Learn More
Burnout isn’t a personal failure — it’s the predictable outcome of relentless pressure, rising expectations, and the implicit message that we should always be doing more. Not surprising, we’re seeing an all-time high for burnout in the workplace, especially with the most committed and capable professionals.
The Burnout Remedy helps you reset so you feel more energized and inspired – the way you want and deserve to work and live. In this energizing and practical keynote, Ann Gomez reveals three powerful, research-backed solutions that fuel sustainable high-performance while protecting your well-being:
- Do Less — Identify what matters most and simplify the noise.
- Reframe Challenges — Shift from stressful reactive beliefs to empowering thinking, especially under pressure.
- Build Resiliency — Strengthen your habits that keep you grounded and better able to manage stressful spikes.
Overall, you’ll learn how to protect your energy, sharpen your focus, and sustain excellence.
You’ll leave with tools you can apply immediately — to feel better, work better, and live better.
Trust: Your Human Edge in an AI World
Learn More
AI is reshaping work at a pace we’ve never experienced. It’s automating tasks, accelerating research, and instantly analyzing challenges that recently took hours — or entire teams — to complete. It’s not just changing what we do, but how we think, collaborate, and create value.
In this new landscape, when knowledge is no longer enough, your uniquely human skills are your greatest differentiator. The future belongs to professionals who bring a strong human edge:
- Connect – Build strong relationships so others feel seen, heard, and valued
- Collaborate – Co-create solutions by empowering others
- Character – Makes values-based decisions, even under stress
- Capability – Focus on judgment and insight to create meaningful progress
These human-centred capabilities have long been labelled “soft skills”, but they are proven to be profit drivers. Plus, they are the hardest to automate — and even more essential in an AI-accelerated world. As AI democratizes information and drives efficiency, organizations need people who can connect, influence, and work well with others. These are the qualities no prompt can replicate.
This keynote highlights how AI-powered professionals can elevate their distinctly human strengths and remain indispensable — not by competing with AI, but by complementing it with the capabilities only humans bring.
AI isn’t just another technology trend; it’s a defining inflection point for every profession. This is our moment to emphasize our human edge and pair it with the efficiencies AI unlocks.

- Reduce noise and protect time for deep work so teams can focus on what truly matters
- Promote accountability without micromanaging by establishing expectations and fostering ownership
